Our aim is to provide local care for local people and to provide the services clients need. We work in partnership with Highland Home Carers who look after all employment issues -payroll, training ,insurance, disclosure etc. BIC will work with the rota co-ordinators to help support our staff and with recruitment. We took on our first client at the start of the year and have been growing ever since. If we are to take on more clients we require more carers, please support us here:

Home Care

Enable Holidays can arrange the booking of adapted holiday accommodation at a range of hotels and holiday parks – together with specialist disabled retreat facilities for rest and recuperation.

Telecare  is a service which uses a combination of alarms, sensors and other equipment, to help people live more independently and safely in their own home. Available to those at risk because of age, disability or other factors.

Carer’s Allowance If you look after someone needing care (for 35 hours a week or more) you can claim Carers Allowance. You can earn up to £110 after expenses and still be entitled to carers allowance which is currently £62.10 a week. You would also be entitled to carers credit. Care and Repair – Services offer independent advice and assistance to help home owners repair, improve or adapt their homes so that they can live in comfort and safety at home in their own community. The service is available to owner/occupiers, private tenants and crofters who are aged 60 or over or who have a disability.

Carr Gomm – Offer a wide range of services supporting older people. We have experience and expertise working with people who suffer with dementia. We do this by helping people sustain independent living and supporting them to relearn skills. Specialist supported living services where people receive intensive support in their homes from a locally based team.
