A Lifeline of Friendship – They organise monthly Sunday afternoon tea parties for people aged 75 and over, who live alone with little or no support from friends, family or statutory services. The afternoons are full of fun and laughter. We make a real difference to the lives of our older guests.

D Café – Dementia Café

Meets fortnightly Thursday mornings 10.30 – 12, Church Of Scotland Parish Hall, Rose Street, Avoch.

D-Caff is an ideal place for people with dementia and their family members to meet up.   It is an opportunity to meet others in the same situation for a chat, coffee, a laugh and to support in a informal way.  There is no charge for attending the café.
